Order Process (USA Residence)
1. We receive a customer order.
2. The order is automatically E-mailed to us (or you forward it to us).
3. We reply to your Order Email to let you know we received it.
4. We pack and ship your order (up to 48 hr delay).
5. We charge your Credit Card associated fees (Product cost, Packing Charge and Shipping)
6. We Email you the tracking information.
Shipping (Your shipping costs)
Once we receive your consumer order we will ship it one of two ways.
- United States Postal Service (USPS)
- Fed Ex.
We estimate both charges and select the cheapest available option ($3 and up.. average of
$7.50) When we have shipped your order you will receive an email with the tracking
information.
Shipping (Charging your customer and wait times)
Standard Shipping 5-9 business days (Flat Rate... $5.99 is standard)
Priority Shipping 3-5 business days (BY weight .... $7.99 and up by weight)
Wait times include the 48 hour delay.
Priority (USPS) Charges for priority shipping.

Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Alaska and Military Addresses
Extra charge for these addresses, they will be a higher cost to ship.
P.0 Boxes
These packages must shipped with USPS shipped the Priority Shipping option.
Shipping Insurance
Fed Ex packages are insured for up to $100, USPS packages are not insured. I f you would
like these packages insured at this time it is 75 cents up to $100 value. We do not insure
these packages unless you request the insurance.
Missing Lost Packages.. Breakages
This is rare, if there is a broken bottle in a package we will replace the bottle for you as we
are responsible for proper packing. I f a package is missing and we have entered the correct
information on the label, there will be a replacement given if the package is insured. I f we
make any mistake with your package, we will take full responsibility for extra charges
incurred to fix the mistake.
Backorders
When a product is on backorder, we will notify you by email, backorders are rare and
usually 5 to 9 days long. In the case of a backorder we hold the order until the missing
product arrives unless you request otherwise.
Returns
I f a product is returned we will issue you a full product refund on unopened bottles and 50%
on opened bottles. Shipping and packing charges are non refundable.
